Key Responsibilities Sales & Partnerships:  Manage full sales cycle — from outreach and discovery to negotiation, closure, and integration. Strategy & KPIs:  Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue and integration targets. Relationship Management:  Own end-to-end partner relations and ensure seamless handoffs to Product/Tech. CRM & Pipeline:  Maintain updated CRM, track progress, and ensure team-wide visibility. Feature Feedback:  Gather and relay partner feature requests to Tech for prioritization. Representation:  Attend conferences to expand partnerships and visibility. Process Optimization:  Improve sales materials, decks, and social presence; analyze sales performance. What we look for : 3–5 years in Partnerships / BD / Sales  (Web3, Fintech, or VC preferred). Proven success in strategic partnerships  and key account closures . Strong understanding of blockchain, dApps, and crypto fundamentals . Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and writing  skills. Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset , thrives in lean teams. Skilled in HubSpot/CRMs, Google Suite, Slack, Telegram, and Asana . Nice to have:  Existing Web3 network or prior experience with protocols/funds.
