Role Overview We are looking for a Telesales Executive with prior experience in the tourism industry to join our sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of travel products, and a proven ability to convert leads into bookings. Key Responsibilities Contact potential and existing customers to promote holiday packages and travel services. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options and packages. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective persuasion and product knowledge. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM tools. Follow up with customers via calls, WhatsApp, and email to close deals. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's overall goals. Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Requirements Minimum 2 years of telesales or customer service experience in the tourism/travel industry (UAE experience preferred). Proficiency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Familiarity with basic CRM systems and MS Office applications. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for travel. Compensation - Salary + Attractive Incentive Structure based on performance.
