We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create brand awareness and promotional strategies.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and forecasts.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
