We are hiring for a key account manager for an ecommerce platform

A key account manager (KAM) in e-commerce isresponsible for managing a company's most important customers, and ensuring that they are satisfied and remain loyal.Their responsibilities include:

- Analyzing business initiatives:Identifying opportunities for improvement and change, and developing action plans to address them
- Setting and achieving revenue targets:Maximizing revenue and margin from products through online sales
- Evaluating marketing and pricing:Optimizing marketing and pricing strategies to achieve financial goals
- Managing product catalogs:Overseeing product catalogs, on-orders, shipping, receiving, and tracking
- Building relationships:Developing trust relationships with clients and expanding existing relationships
- Analyzing sales and expenses:Improving revenue, margin, and processes by analyzing sales and expense reports
