JD- Key Account Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Bolt.Earth is India's largest EV tech company that works with enterprises across the automotive shared mobility value chain to enable and accelerate their smart vehicle journeys. Founded in 2017, we empower all 2 and 3-wheeler electric vehicles through AI-integrated IoT solutions that make them safer, more intelligent, and connected.

Note: Selling B2B Products candidates are preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns.
  • Account Management: Ensure client accounts are well-maintained and fulfill lead generation with existing accounts.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Building and nurturing customer relationships and collaborating with colleagues require strong interpersonal skills.
  • Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to track existing client satisfaction, accounts, performance, and lead generation.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in client relationship/Key accounts management or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in upselling and Cross-selling with key accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong Technical Data Experience with existing accounts.
  • Experience in handling clients worth 3 crore per month.
  • Open to frequent travel as part of the role.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrate complete ownership of tasks and deliverables
  • Proficiency in using various tools.
  • Knowledge of the industry or market in which the company operates.
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • English and Hindi will be preferred.
