Job Title: Salesforce Developer Location: Bangalore Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations. This role demands a proactive individual who can work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. - Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. - Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.). - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities. - Manage Salesforce configurations, workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules. - Optimize existing applications and improve performance and user experience. - Ensure data integrity, security, and best development practices are followed. - Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration. - Strong hands-on expertise in Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Components (Aura and LWC). - Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), or direct point-to-point integrations. - Sound knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and best practices. - Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud. - Proficient in using development tools like VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, and Change Sets or SFDX for deployments. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in sprints. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Salesforce certifications such as: - Platform Developer I (mandatory) - Platform Developer II (preferred) - Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, or relevant cloud certifications - Experience in working with managed packages or AppExchange products is a plus. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce is a plus. Additional Details: - Location: Mumbai (Onsite/Hybrid based on project requirements) - Joining Time: Immediate joiners preferred (Notice period of 0–15 days)
