Manager I Product DesignLocation - BangaloreAbout Circles LifeFounded in 2014 Circles is a global technology company reimagining the telco industry with its SaaS platform - Circles X helping telco operators launch and operate successful digital brands through its offerings Having pioneered a successful blueprint for disrupting the telco space in Singapore Circles has since launched its own digital telco Circles Life in Singapore Taiwan and Australia Circles has also partnered with other telco operators to launch digital services enabling our partners to accelerate growth and capture market share within a short period of time Today Circles is partnering with operators in 14 countries to deliver delightful digital experiences to millions of people through our businesses We are backed by global investors such as Sequoia Warburg Pincus EDBI and Founders Fund - renowned backers of industry-shaking innovators Role DescriptionAbout the Role As a Senior Product Designer you ll report to the Platform Design Lead and deliver exceptional user experiences UI UX for our Circles X platform As a dynamic team member you will take full ownership of your design area creating intuitive user-centric solutions You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout development from initial concepts to successful launches You will play an important role in delivering our product vision and contribute immensely to developing our product roadmap Responsibilities For your respective design area drive the discovery definition development and delivery of great UI UX for our B2B2X SaaS platform Drive user-centric research to identify problems to solve for our target market customers and partners Collaborate with respective product managers and engineering leads to discover new opportunities to deliver value via our platform Create wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and site maps to communicate design ideas effectively Develop functional prototypes to demonstrate concepts and facilitate user testing Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Establish and promote design guidelines best practices and standards and contribute towards evolving our design system Review product releases qualitatively and through data pre- and post-launch to ensure high-quality experiences Present key learnings within the team and act as a positive role model Requirements 6 years of experience as a product designer ideally with exposure to both B2C and B2B space Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies Proficiency in design tools like Figma Sketch or Adobe XD A strong portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in UI UX best practices design thinking and the creation of engaging user interfaces and experiences Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing Strong working knowledge of iterative design process from defining personas user journeys prototyping wireframing to creating high-fidelity screens Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver under tight deadlines Skill in turning complicated ideas into compelling easy-to-understand visuals Proficiency in industry-standard collaboration tooling such as Figma Miro Jira etc Open-mindedness patience and receptiveness to feedback Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas to stakeholders across all levels Benefits What is on offer We provide a great environment and platform for employees to build their career In this role you can expect Unique opportunity to be a part of innovating the telecommunications industry Once in a lifetime chance to help shape a brand from the ground up Exposure to the fast-paced world of high-tech start-ups Attractive experience and compensation Working with passionate smart and driven colleagues in a vibrant environment Get continuous mentoring to fast-track your career Circles Life is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race national origin gender disability or age Join us and be instrumental in shaping the future of Circles X
