Job Profile Product Manager I - Platform Products Location Bangalore Karnataka Onsite Experience 2-4 years in product management with strong exposure to backend platform systems About the team CREW is an AI-powered Travel and Lifestyle concierge built to let customers offload their life s to-dos and get them done effortlessly We are not just building an app we re building the rails that make effortless possible intelligent systems agent tools and backend platforms that can scale hyper-personalized service to millions Our goal is bold 10x agent productivity zero customer friction and moments of delight that make people wonder how they ever managed without CREW This role is at the heart of what we will do Why this role matters Scaling CREW isn t just about adding features - it s about building a robust backend foundation Systems to route and manage a big scale of customer requests in real-time Platforms to empower human agents and AI copilots to work in sync Infrastructure that can integrate seamlessly with external partners You ll be one of the crucial members who makes sure CREW s backend can handle our ambitions from the current pilot to a massive scale What will you get to do here 1 Platform Systems Design Define and deliver backend systems for request routing agent productivity tools service integrations and data pipelines Balance speed to market with scalability and reliability 2 Agent Productivity Stack Partner with engineering to design tools automation and AI-powered assistance that make agents 10x faster and more effective 3 Integrations Ecosystem Build and manage APIs partner integrations and data flows that connect CREW to the vendor ecosystem and beyond 4 Operational Excellence Translate customer experience goals into backend capabilities ensuring that our systems deliver no-friction always-on service 5 Data Insights Define backend metrics and logging frameworks that help us measure efficiency reliability and scalability - and improve them continuously What are we looking for 2-4 years of product management experience with at least 1-2 years in backend platform systems Technical depth - you can hold your own in architecture discussions API design reviews and data flow mapping You don t have to code but you should know what good code enables Customer-platform thinking - you can translate customer and agent needs into backend requirements that quietly power delightful experiences Analytical mindset - you use data to make decisions prioritise ruthlessly and measure impact Systems mindset - you think in terms of reusable platforms not one-off features Comfort with ambiguity - you can bring clarity and structure in fast-moving unstructured environments AI-curious or AI-proven - prior experience even a brief one of building AI-powered products or a demonstrable passion and understanding of AI concepts tools and emerging trends We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race colour religion sex disability status or any other characteristic protected by law
