Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Partner - Mutual Fund Distributor. The Partner will be responsible for managing client relationships, assisting clients in investments, researching market opportunities, maintaining records of transactions, and keeping up-to-date with market trends. The role also requires providing clients with investment advice to align with their financial goals and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Risk Management & Security - Overcollateralized Lending: Capital is always protected by collateral worth 2x the loan. - Multisig Custody: Collateral is secured in multi-signature wallets, ensuring absolute safety of pledged assets with lenders as part of shared custody - Legal Safeguards: Structured via an LLP with arbitration clauses, making agreements enforceable under Indian contract law.
