The company was established as a partnership firm under the name and style of Ramchander Heeral all to manufacture Railway Track Products. It has come a long way since and today the company excels in Civil Construction, Bridge Works, Track Works, Steel Fabrication, Mobile Flash Butt Welding and manufacturing of engineering components for Railways.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Contract Drafting & Negotiation Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Ensure that all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to finalize agreements.
2. Contract Management & Compliance Maintain a database of all contracts, ensuring timely renewals and amendments. Monitor contract performance and compliance with terms and conditions. Address contract-related disputes, breaches, or modifications as necessary.
3. Risk Assessment & Mitigation Identify potential legal and financial risks associated with contracts. Work with legal and finance teams to mitigate risks and ensure business interests are protected. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
4. Vendor & Client Coordination Act as a point of contact between the company and vendors, clients, or subcontractors. Handle communication regarding contract obligations, deadlines, and deliverables.
5. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate and updated records of all contracts and related correspondence. Prepare reports and summaries for management on contract status and key issues.
6. Process Improvement & Policy Development Develop and improve contract management processes to enhance efficiency. Assist in drafting standard contract templates and policies for the organization.

Key Requirements :
✔️ We are seeking a skilled Personnel with 15-25 years of experience.
✔️ Strong knowledge in Arbitration.
✔️ Ability handle the Clients and should have strong communication skills.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Position is at Corporate Office, Shalimar, Howrah.

CTC to be offered : 20 L P.A. - 24 L P.A.
