Prowess Pursuit Pvt Ltd is hiring on behalf of its esteemed client, a leading MSO in West Bengal and Odisha. The company is a key player in the digital cable TV and broadband sector, delivering top-tier entertainment and internet services to millions of customers.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager/AGM/DGM - Finance & Accounting with a CA Inter qualification and 10-18 years of expertise in finance, accounting, and compliance. This leadership role demands a strong background in financial operations, team management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations & Accounting – Oversee day-to-day accounting processes, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and approval structures.

Payment & Compliance Management – Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements, ensuring strict regulatory compliance.

ERP & Reporting – Lead Oracle ERP operations, handle data entries, generate reports, and maintain approval workflows.

Financial Planning & MIS Reporting – Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and tax-related representations.

Team Leadership & Resource Management – Mentor and lead finance teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization and high performance.

Requirements:

Qualification: CA Inter (Mandatory)

Experience: 10-18 years in finance, accounting, and compliance

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in financial compliance and regulations
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
  • Proven leadership & team mentoring abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
