The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, including providing detailed information about programs, conducting one-on-one consultations, and assisting with applications. Tasks include addressing inquiries, ensuring smooth communication with students and parents, and collaborating with internal teams to meet enrollment goals. The counselor will play a key role in representing EMPI and fostering positive relationships with prospective students. Qualifications - Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students and their families. - Customer Service experience and a student-centric approach to support applicants through the admission process. - Knowledge and interest in the Education sector, particularly in higher education and management studies, to convey information effectively. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and meet enrollment objectives. - Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for experience in counseling, education, or sales roles. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
