Job Description ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures smooth functioning of the Lobby Area/Head of Operations Appraise & mentor the Subordinate Executives Maintaining the admission management module / ERP Handle Parental Admission and general enquiries to their satisfaction Customer / Parent Satisfaction: Update student information regularly in the records by referring to the student diary Handle enquiries received through phone (toll-free), web, and email Generate and qualify leads through outbound cold calling Manage to convince the parents /potential customers to visit the school premises, where the relationship team shall take over Follow up on no-show cases Maintaining the records of all the school events in a register Manage up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within the group (as and when the group is ready). Ensure 100% capturing of potential parent interaction data in ERP and generate related reports Maintenance of data completion and accuracy Maintain inward and outward courier/mail registers Maintain SMS, feedback, helpdesk log book, and visitors book Respond to complaints or queries made by parents after enquiring with the Principal or other school leaders Promptly reporting to the Principal those parents who are challenging to deal with Records to be maintained regularly by the Admission Team: MIS Inquiry sheet (on the drive) Inquiry forms (date-wise) Mail Inward and Outward Register Grievance Register Incident Register Call Register (Excel and Soft copy both) SMC Register TC Register Circular File GR Register Fee structures of all the AYs are maintained in a file Special Need Student Details Day care list and attendance register to be checked TC and SATs Lists Admission File to be updated Qualification: Business graduation or MBA. Experience: Minimum 2 years in the same field. Salary: Up to 6 Lakhs per annum.
