Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our Business Development team in India. This role plays a critical part in driving the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems and expanding our presence in the electric 2W, 3W, and 4W markets. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, proven B2B sales experience, and a solid background in the automotive or electrification sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electric 2-wheeler, 3-wheeler, and 4-wheeler (e-LCV) segments.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors.

- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, technical) to understand product specifications and present compelling value propositions to clients.

- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and proactive -engagement.

- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market conditions to shape sales strategies.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Electronics (both business and technical backgrounds are a must).

- Minimum of 7 years in sales/account management, preferably in automotive, e-mobility, or electrification sectors.

- Proven track record in B2B sales of complex, multidisciplinary systems.

- Strong understanding of motors and motor controllers in 2W/3W/4W vehicles.

- In-depth knowledge of the Indian 2W, 3W, and 4W electric vehicle markets, especially e-LCVs.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

- Fluency in English and relevant local languages.

- Willingness to travel frequently across regions as needed.
