Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Pune. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving branch targets. Responsibilities include loan processing and approvals, managing branch resources, business development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The Branch Manager will also work closely with customers to understand their home financing needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills
- Experience in the banking, housing finance, or financial services sector
- Knowledge of loan processing, approvals, and branch operations
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet branch targets and business development goals
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and company policies
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proficiency in local language is a plus
