Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage plant operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
- Monitor budgets, costs, and productivity across all departments
- Ensure compliance with Quality Risk Management, FSSCI, GPCB, APEDA, and labour laws
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
- Maintain machinery, resolve production issues, and ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and submit production reports to management
- Foster employee engagement and maintain cordial relations
- Liaise with statutory bodies and manage inspections
