Desired experience in the Manufacturing of agricultural, plumbing and sanitation pipes & fittings (CPVC,PVC,UPVC,ASTM,SWR) and Solvent Cement, Lubricant and Primer.

Immediate joiners will be given the preference

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1.Planning day-to-day production schedules, along with resource allocation and machine loading for optimum output.

2. Manage the plant operations, coordinate with different departments, and ensure that the manufacturing process runs smoothly and efficiently.

3. Monitoring production schedules, supervising workers, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safety protocols are followed

4. Handling inventory, equipment maintenance, and addresses any issues that may arise during production

5. Ensure that the pipe manufacturing plant operates effectively to meet production goals and deliver high-quality products.

6. Must have handled large no of team.(more than 250 contract laborer)

7. Should be able to control manpower and machinery both.

8. Cost Control, Operational efficiency and timely delivery and quality output

9. Must be well versed with plant compliance

10. Shall effectively manage customer relations

11. Should have experience of material management in large quantity
