Job Overview

As a UX designer at In Time Tec, you will play a key role in shaping user- centered digital experiences across multiple products and platforms. You will be responsible for design strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, impactful, and scalable design solutions.

Responsibilities of the role include:

- Lead end-to-end UX design processes, from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights.
- Translate business and user needs into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Ensure design consistency across products through design systems and guidelines.
- Accessibility & Inclusion: Champion inclusive design and ensure compliance with accessibility standards
- Stakeholder Communication: Present design strategies and deliverables to stakeholders, articulating rationale backed by user insights and data.
- Design Systems: Help build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms and products.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, and impactful user experiences.
- Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

- Proven ability to mentor, guide, and inspire other designers.
- Awareness of current and emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and methodologies.

Good to have

- Familiarity with agile development practices and working in cross-functional product teams.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
