Job Description

- Manage and grow key client accounts in the online marketing domain
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling online marketing solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized marketing strategies for key clients
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and present reports to clients
- Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends to offer informed suggestions and improvements
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and contribute to business growth

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate or above in any discipline
- 1 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in online marketing or digital services
- Must be fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of online marketing tools and platforms
- Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple client accounts
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
