Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Key duties include meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns. The role requires regular market analysis and reporting to senior management, as well as conducting field visits and presentations to potential clients.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation
- Understanding of Market Analysis and Sales Strategy Development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the electrical insulation industry is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
