Job Title Tele caller Location Panchkula Haryana Experience 6 Months to 1 Year Employment Type Full-Time We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Tele caller with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our growing team The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a customer-focused attitude and working knowledge of basic Excel You will be responsible for making outbound calls handling customer inquiries and maintaining follow-up records efficiently Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns professionally Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-up activities in Excel or CRM systems Generate leads and set up appointments or demos as required Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth communication Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times Key Requirements 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele calling customer service or a related role Excellent verbal communication skills in Insert preferred languages - e g English and Hindi Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel data entry sorting filtering etc Ability to handle rejection and remain positive Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach Female candidates are preferred for this position Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Fixed shift Monday to Friday Night shift US shift Experience Telecalling 1 year Required Language English Required Location Panchkula Haryana Required Shift availability Night Shift Required Overnight Shift Required Work Location In person
