Job Title: Recruiter Intern

Department: Human Resources

Location: Pune NIBM (Work from Office) Monday to Friday

Reports to: HR & TA Specialist

Duration: 6 months (with potential for full-time conversion based on performance)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter Intern to support our HR team in sourcing and hiring top talent. This internship is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in a fast-paced digital agency setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networks
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain and update the applicant database and track recruitment metrics
- Support onboarding processes and documentation
- Participate in employer branding and outreach activities
- Help with internal HR tasks and administrative support as needed

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Interest in recruitment and human resources
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of hiring platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office
