Student Recruitment Manager

Location: Pune

Experience Required: 5+ years in the study abroad education industry

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or related field

Salary: Negotiable (Includes an Attractive Bonus Package)

We are expanding our presence in India and are looking for a dynamic, driven and experienced Student Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment operations in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve regional student recruitment targets for international institutions.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet company goals.
  • Build and manage relationships with education agents, schools and universities.
  • Organise and represent Kampus Group in recruitment fairs, webinars and marketing campaigns.
  • Advise students on course options, university admissions and visa requirements.
  • Maintain accurate data of inquiries, applications and conversions.
  • Stay updated on immigration policies and compliance requirements.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business development.
Who We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in student recruitment/study abroad industry.
  • Strong background in sales, marketing and educational consultancy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong local and international network within the education sector.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a readiness to work outside standard hours when required.
