Job Description

Position: UI/UX Developer with Python (Healthcare Domain)

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Location: Remote with occasional travel (12 days/month) to any HCL office (Noida, Gurgaon, Indore, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced UI/UX Developer to join our healthcare technology team. This role involves leading the design and development of user interfaces for applications built primarily using Python and Streamlit.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
- Conduct user research and design workshops to gather feedback and improve usability.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with backend systems.
- Evaluate and provide recommendations on integrating DROOLS Rule Engine with Netra UI.
- Assess feasibility and provide UX-driven solutions for complex business rules and workflows.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong experience in UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
- Proficiency in Python and Streamlit for frontend development.
- Experience in creating and iterating wireframes and prototypes.
- Ability to lead design sessions and collaborate with end users.
- Exposure to DROOLS Rule Engine integration.

Good-to-Have

- Experience with Netra UI.
- Background in healthcare applications or similar domains.
- Familiarity with design system implementation and accessibility standards.
