About the Role :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to join our growing team. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to bring our digital experiences to life with intuitive, visually appealing interfaces. If you're passionate about crafting user-first web and mobile applications, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive web interfaces.

- Collaborate with designers to understand user journey and improve usability.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

- Maintain and improve front-end code quality, design consistency, and performance.

- Conduct regular usability testing and gather user feedback to enhance experience.

- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and data-driven features.

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Proficient in React.js, Vue.js, or any modern front-end framework.

- Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Zeplin.

- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field.

- Internships or projects that demonstrate UI/UX capabilities.

- Knowledge of animation libraries (e.g., Framer Motion, GSAP) is a plus.

- Basic understanding of SEO and performance optimization is a bonus.
