UX UI Designer - SaaS Web Applications Who are we Kramer is a leading player and pioneer in the audio-visual industry Our product and solutions power creativity collaboration and engagement At Kramer we make award-winning innovative and reliable audio-visual hardware software and cloud-based solutions We believe that technology can amplify the human experience and help people reach their potential Enterprise companies schools universities governments and military end-users trust and rely upon our technologies in more than 100 countries across six continents worldwide From AVSM to advanced cloud-based communication collaboration and control solutions Kramer creates audio visual experiences that are more engaging more inclusive and more connected than ever before About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled UX UI Designer to design and refine complex enterprise-grade SaaS portal applications You will be responsible for delivering intuitive engaging and visually appealing user experiences that simplify complex workflows for our customers This role combines strong UX strategy with pixel-perfect UI design Responsibilities Design end-to-end UX flows for complex SaaS portals ensuring usability scalability and consistency Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma for responsive web applications Develop custom icons illustrations and visual elements aligned with the product s style guide Collaborate with Product Managers Developers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric designs Conduct user research usability testing and feedback analysis to refine designs Maintain and evolve design systems and UI component libraries Ensure accessibility compliance WCAG and best practices across all designs Work closely with developers to validate implementation accuracy Requirements 3 years of experience in UX UI design for complex SaaS or enterprise web applications Expert proficiency in Figma including components variants prototyping and design systems Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced UX flows responsive layouts and design for complex data-rich interfaces Experience in icon design and creation of custom graphical elements Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and present work to stakeholders Experience collaborating in Agile Scrum environments Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with analytics dashboards multi-tenant SaaS or admin portals Knowledge of HTML CSS for design handoff and feasibility checks Familiarity with motion interaction design tools e g Principle After Effects ProtoPie Understanding of product metrics and data-driven design decisions Powered by JazzHR
