Business Operations to join the Business Operations team As a member of the Business Operations team you would be involved in the day-to-day operations of the Automotive Services business to improve efficiency In this role you would be collaborating with the Engineering Delivery Admin Facilities IT Procurement Finance HR and Talent Acquisition teams to participate in activities required for the smooth functioning of the overall business What You Will Do Event Management Participate in organizing Business Unit specific events and collaborate with multiple internal teams within the organization to ensure smooth progress Asset Management Work with the IT teams to ensure proper internal and client Asset Management Document Management Understand and closely monitor commercial collaterals like Purchase orders SoWs MSAs and other commercial documents are archived and managed properly Facilities Administration Be the single point of contact for the Facilities and Administration team from the Business Unit to ensure new joiner onboarding capacity planning attendance tracking and other related tasks Business Operations Participate in the transformation projects within Business Operations representing the Business Operations function and the Business Unit Partner with supporting functions Finance HR TA and provide reporting data for making key decisions Regular sync-ups present data efficiently using various dashboards with business stakeholders to help them take decisions and actions for profitable business and growth Managing the overall Workforce along with other members of the team and tracking the efficiency based on business KPIs to ensure resource optimization and operational efficiency Accountable for executing and owning Workforce Management processes using tools system adapted by Harman Follow up and ensure key steps in business processes are actioned on time and within SLAs Publish weekly reports for business processes flagging progress risks and pending actions Ensure data validation based on Harman standards for tools in the Harman Ecosystem What You Need to Be Successful 2-5 years of experience within Workforce Management Administration Facilities and Business Operations within the Software Services Industry Knowledge of key process of Workforce Management Administration Cost control and Revenue Optimization Excellent and hands on experience on using procurement Administration and productivity tools Expert in data analytics and representation with the ability to create data visualizations using Power BI Microsoft Excel for multi-source and multidimensional data Exceptional presentation skills and ability to create and deliver presentations to multiple business stakeholders Creative problem-solver with the ability to work with a blank slate and inspire others Excellent organizational and cross functional skills Strong verbal written and presentation skills to have effective communication at all levels in the organization Bonus Points if You Have Experience in working within an Automotive OEM or Tier-1 supplier in the Automotive industry Experience in using AI tools to maximize efficiency in Business Operations and Workforce Management What Makes You Eligible Willingness to travel Willingness to work in an office Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation What We Offer Flexible work environment allowing for full-time remote work globally for positions that can be performed outside a HARMAN or customer location Access to employee discounts on world-class Harman and Samsung products JBL HARMAN Kardon AKG etc Extensive training opportunities through our own HARMAN University Competitive wellness benefits Tuition reimbursement Be Brilliant employee recognition and rewards program An inclusive and diverse work environment that fosters and encourages professional and personal development You Belong Here HARMAN is committed to making every employee feel welcomed valued and empowered No matter what role you play we encourage you to share your ideas voice your distinct perspective and bring your whole self with you -
