As Business Operations Associate 4 in the Bangalore, you have a win-win opportunity: Use your skills to implement integrated solutions, then grow your own career through a variety of paths inside one of the world’s leading technology companies.

**What can you expect?**

As a Business Operations Associate 4,
- You would be Supporting advanced
- level transactional processes for non
- typical assignments independently.
- Identifies complex, special, or undocumented areas for process improvement and collaborates with exempt-level employees to develop recommendations.
- Provides training to new hires; develops training/documentation materials.
- Provides troubleshooting and problem-solving support of problems.
- Leads and coordinates daily work activities; responsible for overall shift output and manages timelines.

**You would be the right if you have**:

- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office suite
- Good understanding of demand and supply planning processes.
- Advanced written and verbal skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking ability.
- Availability to work extra hours when business needs arise (may include nights, weekends, holidays)
