Job Description Job Title: General Manager Ramada Encore, Vrindavan Location: Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh Brand: Ramada Encore (Ex-Wyndham Preferred) Reporting To: Managing Director / Corporate Office Salary Range: 90,000 1,00,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives) Property: 45 Keys | Rooftop Restaurant | Banquet | Swimming Pool Position Summary Ramada Encore, Vrindavan, part of the renowned Wyndham Hotel Group, is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the property's overall operations, profitability, and brand performance. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership qualities, excellent financial acumen, and a proven record in delivering outstanding guest satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence - Lead all hotel departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations aligned with Wyndham brand standards. - Maintain impeccable guest service standards, operational efficiency, and property upkeep. - Conduct regular HOD meetings, performance reviews, and operational audits. Revenue & Financial Management - Drive revenue growth through effective pricing, yield management, and cost control. - Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly P&L reports; ensure GOP and revenue targets are met. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to maximize occupancy and ADR. Sales & Marketing Leadership - Build strong corporate and group business segments through local networking and partnerships. - Oversee OTA performance, digital marketing, and brand visibility initiatives. - Represent the property at trade events, exhibitions, and business forums. Guest Experience & Brand Compliance - Ensure guest satisfaction scores exceed Wyndham benchmarks and maintain a strong online reputation (4.5+ rating). - Implement guest feedback mechanisms and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. - Achieve high scores in Wyndham brand audits and internal quality assessments. Team Development - Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and staff to create a culture of accountability and excellence. - Oversee recruitment, training, and employee engagement programs. - Foster teamwork and ensure staff retention through positive workplace culture. Compliance & Safety - Maintain full compliance with statutory, legal, and brand safety standards. - Supervise preventive maintenance, hygiene, and fire safety programs. - Ensure all licenses, audits, and documentation are up-to-date. Candidate Profile - Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized institute. - Experience: 1012 years in hospitality with at least 35 years in a managerial role in branded hotels (preferably Wyndham). - Preferred: Ex-Wyndham professional familiar with international brand SOPs. - Core Competencies: - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Proven financial and analytical acumen. - Exceptional communication and decision-making abilities. - Guest-focused, result-oriented, and hands-on management style.
