Job Description

Panzer Technologies is seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in sourcing and hiring top IT talent for international staffing needs, leveraging strong interpersonal and technical recruiting skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top IT talent through sourcing methods like job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
2. Job Postings: Draft compelling job descriptions and manage postings across multiple platforms.
3. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage candidate interviews with hiring managers for a seamless process.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to align on staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
6. Offer Management: Negotiate and prepare job offers, manage offer acceptances, and oversee onboarding processes.
7. Database Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
8. Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand through recruitment marketing and branding initiatives.
9. Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and company policies during recruitment activities.
10. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
11. Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment performance, market trends, and other insights.

Requirements

- Education:
- Undergraduate: Any Graduate.
- Postgraduate: Any Postgraduate.
- Experience: 15 years in US IT recruitment.
- Skills:
- Expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing.
- Strong screening, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in database management and ATS.
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive intelligence.
