Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment processes, specifically targeting the US IT market. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of various US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), and the ability to work effectively during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for various contract and full-time positions across the US.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), social media, and networking.
- Process Management: Handle the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with US employment laws and company policies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required Skills:

- Experience: 065 years in US IT recruitment with a proven track record of successful placements.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT).
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with ATS platforms like CEIPAL or similar tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications: Any relevant recruitment certifications.
- Networking: Established network of vendors and consultants in the US IT industry.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess candidates technical abilities and cultural fit effectively.
