Job Description

Panzer Technologies is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic US Recruiter to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a strong zeal to build a career in the international staffing industry. You will play a critical role in sourcing and onboarding top talent for technical roles while collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

- Understanding Job Requirements: Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend job duties, required qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Sourcing Talent: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to attract qualified candidates.
- Screening Candidates: Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and create a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Candidate Evaluation: Assess skills, experience, and fit, providing detailed feedback to hiring managers.
- Offer Negotiation: Negotiate compensation packages, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Onboarding: Support new hires during the onboarding process for a seamless transition.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Staying Updated: Stay informed about recruitment trends, industry best practices, and legal requirements.

Requirements

- Strong desire to build a career in international staffing.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:30 PM 3:30 AM).
