Company Overview Doshion Environment Water Solutions headquartered in Ahmedabad India has been a pioneer in Water and Waste Water Management for nearly 45 years Known for its innovative solutions and unique philosophy in treating water differently Doshion offers comprehensive water solutions from utility requirements to advanced waste treatment As a reliable provider in the Machinery Manufacturing industry Doshion is committed to evolving with the ever-changing nature of water Job Overview We are seeking an experienced O M Manager for our Jharsuguda location This senior-level full-time position requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling complex water management systems with a strong focus on customer and manpower handling compliance and payment release The role demands proficiency in advanced water treatment technologies Qualifications and Skills Proven experience of 7-10 years in water management specifically in operation and maintenance of treatment systems Extensive knowledge of water treatment processes including HRSCC MGF UF RO EDI systems Strong capabilities in customer handling with a focus on delivering exceptional service and managing expectations effectively Proficient in manpower handling ensuring the team is productive motivated and aligned with organizational goals Experienced in navigating compliance requirements within the water treatment industry to meet regulatory standards Skilled in overseeing and facilitating payment release processes efficiently and within stipulated timelines Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written to interact with clients and team members effectively Adept at problem-solving and decision-making to address and resolve operational issues swiftly Roles and Responsibilities Manage the operation and maintenance of advanced water treatment systems ensuring high efficiency and reliability Lead a team of professionals in achieving daily weekly and monthly operational objectives Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and environmental protocols in all operations Foster strong relationships with clients by addressing concerns and exceeding service expectations Monitor the performance of the water treatment process and make necessary adjustments for optimization Facilitate and oversee the payment release procedures ensuring alignment with financial policies Prepare and present regular reports on operational metrics improvements and other relevant data Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for operational improvements and business growth Monthly bills submit to customer with compliance payment release
