Head of electrical

We are looking for an accomplished Head – Utilities to lead all utility operations and infrastructure for our Greenfield Top Con solar cell manufacturing facility . This is a unique opportunity to design, build, and operate world-class utilities systems from the ground up , enabling safe, efficient, and high-volume production. This role requires deep technical expertise , proven leadership, and close collaboration with production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure continuous, reliable, and optimized utility supply in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Uninterrupted Utilities Supply – Oversee electricity, water (DM, UPW), process gases (H₂, N₂, O₂, Ar), compressed air, vacuum, chemical delivery, and HVAC systems. Production Support – Maintain stable utilities for PECVD, PVD, thermal, wet chemical, and metallization processes. Greenfield Infrastructure Delivery – Lead design, installation, commissioning, and ramp-up of utilities for 1 GW capacity; Innovation & Efficiency – Optimize performance, monitor consumption, and drive energy/waste reduction initiatives. Safety & Compliance – Implement strict safety protocols, conduct audits, and train teams in chemical and gas handling. B. E./B. Tech/M. Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering. ~17+ years in utilities management within semiconductor, photovoltaic, or high-tech manufacturing (Top Con experience preferred). ~ Proven success in greenfield or large-scale utility system projects. ~ Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and large-plant operations.
