📢 We’re Hiring: Contracts Manager – PMC | Location: New Delhi We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in contract administration, tendering, and client management within a PMC environment. Key Responsibilities: - Review tender documents and provide professional comments to clients. - Ensure contracts are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and legal requirements. - Identify potential risks and liabilities in contracts. - Shortlist and coordinate with contractors for final selection. - Prepare tender documents, technical analysis reports, and recommendations. - Administer change control procedures and advise on contractor pricing and Bill of Quantities. - Track bank guarantees, insurances, and labour compliance. - Prepare monthly reports on contracts, billing, and potential variations. - Review and issue final bill certificates, virtual and final completion certificates. - Attend meetings with clients and contractors, addressing non-conformance and contractual issues. - Provide guidance on contractual obligations while settling claims and disputes. - Perform additional tasks assigned by management. Qualifications & Skills: - Experience: 15–20 years in contracts management within PMC or construction projects. - Education: B.E/B.Tech (Civil) - Strong knowledge of contract laws, tendering processes, and risk management. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to analyze and review technical and financial documents accurately.
