Job Profile: The role involves identifying and assessing tenders across multiple portals, followed by close coordination with internal teams to prepare competitive bids. Key responsibilities include drafting precise techno-commercial proposals, managing online submissions, monitoring tender updates, and maintaining accurate records. The candidate will also assist in contract negotiation, ensure compliance with requirements, and handle documentation with confidentiality and attention to detail. A strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and effective coordination will be essential to maximize organizational success in bidding opportunities.

Essential Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering / Management / Commerce (MBA/PGDM preferred)

Optional Qualifications: Science graduate with analytical skill

Age Group: 25 to 35 Years

Required Skills: * Strong knowledge of government and private e-procurement portals. * Familiarity with contract terms (payment, LD, arbitration, guarantees, etc.). * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PDF editing tools. * Ability to analyze eligibility, prepare bid summaries, and prioritize opportunities. * Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills. * Detail-oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
