Key Responsibilities ·         Supervise day-to-day operations at assigned Oasis Baklawa outlet. ·         Manage counter boys, housekeeping, and support staff. ·         Ensure top-quality customer service and resolve customer issues politely. ·         Maintain product display, freshness, and hygiene as per brand standards. ·         Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for stock replenishment. ·         Monitor inventory, prevent wastage, and ensure accurate stock reporting. ·         Handle billing, POS operations, cash counting, and end-of-day reports. ·         Maintain outlet cleanliness following FSSAI norms. ·         Train staff on SOPs, product knowledge, and customer handling. ·         Handle attendance, miss-punch issues, and staff discipline. ·         Send daily sales updates, stock updates, and staff status to Head Office. Skills & Qualifications ·         3–6+ years experience in retail/food/sweet shop outlet supervision. ·         Strong communication and team-handling skills. ·         Knows POS/billing systems and basic Excel. ·         Ability to handle rush hours and solve on-spot problems. ·         Responsible, disciplined, and customer-focused.
