About Company Our Client is one of India s largest module manufacturers in terms of operational capacity producing solar photo-voltaic modules and are also an integrated solar energy solutions provider offering EPC services and O M services to our customers An Ideal Candidate An ideal candidate should have experience in the solar module manufacturing process Should possess knowledge of the principles and practices of plant operation including Production Maintenance Quality control Health Safety Security Environment and Material Management and also monitor completion of daily weekly and Monthly production targets adhering to defined standards of cost quality and time for own plant Key Competencies 1 Ensure efficiency management by analyzing the consumption pattern of various raw material intermediate products power and fuel utilization understand deviations from the expected consumption pattern and initiate action if required 2 Guide the development and adherence to SOPs for all production quality and maintenance processes Lead implementation of ISO OHSAS certifications 3 Oversee planning and scheduling of maintenance activities to ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out as per schedule and downtime is reduced in order to maximize unit uptime and optimize capacity utilization of the Unit 4 Monitor Plant OEE OLE to ensure optimum utilization of assets and resources on a weekly basis Monitor loss due to breakdown of critical machines lines and direct resolution 5 Monitor safety programs and resolve issues to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for the employees Initiate prompt action to prevent or control abnormal emergency breakdown conditions 6 Ensure that finished goods are manufactured as per the customer requirements in a timely and accurate manner and oversee coordination with SCM team for proper packaging and dispatch of the same leading to customer delight
