If you enjoy bringing structure, coordination, and momentum to sales operations, this role is for you. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: • Manage the complete sales cycle (lead → proposal → closure) • Plan & execute sales programs aligned to business goals • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, MIS, Product & Finance to ensure smooth delivery • Track pipeline progress, remove blockers, and ensure funnel movement • Prepare & deliver client proposals, pitches, and presentations • Maintain strong client & internal stakeholder relationships • Build & analyze MIS dashboards to drive insights & decisions • Ensure CRM/MIS data accuracy and effective usage across teams ✅ Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred • Experience in sales/sales operations is a must • Strong exposure to sales cycle management & program execution • Proficient in CRM & MIS tools • Excellent communication, presentation & coordination skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment • preference for Excel/advanced Excel candidate
