You’ll lead cross-functional programs that enhance efficiency, optimize marketing ROI, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.What You’ll Do- Lead and deliver strategic, cross-functional business and marketing initiatives.- Translate business goals into measurable projects with clear KPIs.- Optimize operations through process improvements, automation, and data dashboards.- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan, track, and optimize digital campaigns.- Develop and manage marketing performance dashboards (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversions).- Analyze campaign and business data to uncover trends and actionable insights.- Partner with leadership for quarterly/annual planning and OKR alignment.- Foster strong collaboration between marketing, sales, product, finance, and analytics teams.What You’ll Bring- 6–10 years of experience in business operations, program management, or marketing analytics, preferably in tech, SaaS, or fintech.- Proficiency in analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).- Experience with marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush).- Strong project management skills with tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
