Date 21 Nov 2025 Location Haridwar UL IN 248001 Company Hero Motocorp Function Plant Operations Pay Band E4 to M2 Role To coordinate execute align New Model Launch Activities with various deptts Like R D Projects VD SQA in Plant deptts across the Organization in order to Launch New Models Timely with set Target of Quality Straight pass Vertical Ramp-up as per the PDx system A purpose driven role for you Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to To ensure Launch of New Models within target Time target Quality Straight pass achieving Vertical Startup DM Pillar Progress as per Roadmap to meet TPM objective Data updation Follow up within teams Organizing review meetings for Top Projects Tasks submission to WA deptt After sign off OPCOM data readiness supporting in making ECN tracking Meeting with CFT and implementation tracking DCR monitoring in PLM for the plant MBOM Checking Model checking To achieve IMS and EnMS objectives through adherence of systems and procedures for resource conservation in Section A Day in the life 1 Planning sheet readiness as per the Model Launch Targets 2 Communicate with EPL other agencies for getting required details data 3 Involvement with R D at design Development stage as per PDx process 4 Ensuring readiness of required Equipments infra as per specified CG List with co-ordination of PE members 5 Ensuring timely closure of PP1 PP2 Problems 6 Ensuring section wise review meetings as per plan 7 Data updation pertaining to Parts development QAV s 8 OPCOM data readiness supporting in making 9 ECN tracking Meeting with CFT and implementation tracking 10 DCR monitoring in PLM for the plant Academic Qualification Experience 4 10 years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing exposure to Manufacturing processes e g Assemblies Machining Welding etc Exposure New Product Development is required Technical Skills Knowledge Understanding of benchmarking process formulation of action plan for mitigating risk related to IMS EnMS Energy Baseline variables affecting energy performance If acting as an Internal Auditor for IMS EnMS Competent for Preparing Audit Plan Collecting audit evidence identifying opportunity for improvement Non Conformity and Observation Compiling Audit Report etc MS -
