Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud Heavy) Location: Hybrid In-Office 2-3 days per week; Office Location in Gurugram Employment Type: Freelance/Contract (12+ months) Shift Timings: 12:00pm IST to 9:00pm IST - Slightly negotiable if needed Rate: Negotiable - Dependent Upon Experience About the Position: We are seeking Senior Salesforce Developers for a large client, deeply embedded in the future of networking software & solutions. They are soon embarking on a large-scale Salesforce initiative, which will drive critical enhancements across their Sales Cloud. To deliver on this effort, we are seeking two highly skilled Salesforce Developers who can bring both technical expertise and collaborative energy to the team. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality results. A few key skills highly sought in a candidate for this Senior Salesforce Developer position include Sales Cloud experience, strong LWC development expertise, and hands-on MDM implementation and/or large, enterprise implementation exposure throughout your Salesforce career. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud. Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business requirements. Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and ensure data integrity. Contribute to solution design, code reviews, and best practice standards. Partner closely with cross-functional teams (architects, admins, analysts, and business stakeholders) to deliver high-quality results. Qualifications: 7-10+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong focus on Sales Cloud. Proven expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience working on large-scale implementations or MDM (Master Data Management) projects. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration patterns. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to thrive in a team-driven environment. Salesforce Developer certifications (preferred). Ability to commute to / work on-site in our Delhi office on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week in-office) Skills You Should Have: Salesforce development experience, including development of Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce Developer certifications, specifically PDI, PDII, and Sales Cloud Certifications Data integration skills Experience with MDM and/or large implementation projects Nice to Have: Solid understanding of Salesforce ecosystem architecture, specifically Sales Cloud expert-level knowledge Previous experience within the Sales and / or Marketing industries Strategic mindset
