Job Description Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Location: Remote Job Type: Contract (4-year project, annual renewable contract) About the Role We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a large-scale transformation project in a global, multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities - Act as a Business Analyst/Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on SPM modules (PPM, Demand, Project, Resource Management, Strategic Planning, EAP). - Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, break down complex concepts, and clarify effort and changes needed. - Lead and facilitate workshops, prepare and deliver demos, and ensure smooth communication across distributed teams. - Apply Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, to drive project success. Required Skills & Experience - 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner on ServiceNow. - Strong knowledge of Strategic Portfolio Management and related modules. - Familiarity with Agile frameworks (SAFe preferred). - Experience in large transformation projects (a plus). - Knowledge of CSDM and overall ServiceNow platform capabilities (a plus). - Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences. - Proven ability to work in distributed, multicultural teams with a positive and open mindset.
