Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:
- Assist in managing the company's digital presence, including website content, social media channels, and email campaigns.
- Monitor and manage the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring regular updates and engagement with the audience.
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Assist in the development of online advertisements, including Google Ads, Facebook ads, and other PPC campaigns.
2. Content Creation & Management:
- Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visual content for digital and print mediums.
- Assist in the development and editing of videos, infographics, and other content formats.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
- Monitor competitor marketing strategies and performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in customer surveys and feedback analysis to improve marketing strategies and customer engagement.
4. Event & Campaign Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events, both online and offline (e.g., webinars, product launches, trade shows).
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for promotional events and campaigns.
- Help in the preparation of promotional materials and support the logistics of event execution.
5. Branding & Marketing Collateral:
- Support in maintaining and strengthening the brand image across various marketing channels.
- Help create and distribute marketing materials (e.g., flyers, posters, brochures) that align with the company's branding guidelines.
6. Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on marketing activities, including performance data, ROI, and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to measure success and improve future campaigns.
7. Coordination & Administration:
- Coordinate with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and contacts for outreach purposes.
- Assist in managing budgets for marketing initiatives and keeping track of expenditures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 24 years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a good eye for design and visuals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Competencies:
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to track and analyze campaign performance and market trends.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Project Management: Ability to support multiple projects and campaigns while meeting deadlines.
- Creative Thinking: Bringing new ideas to the table for content, campaigns, and strategies.
Desirable Attributes:
