The role involves managing communications with investors, developing reports and presentations, supporting investment strategies, and providing key financial analyses. The Investor Relations Specialist will act as a bridge between the company and its investors, ensuring transparency, building relationships, and presenting company performance and vision to stakeholders. Qualifications - Expertise in Investor Relations and a strong understanding of financial markets and investments - Proficiency in Finance, with the ability to develop and analyze financial reports - Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and deliver detailed insights - Excellent Communication skills for creating reports, presentations, and engaging with stakeholders - Self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting - Knowledge of the technology or AI industry is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field Compensation - Remote & flexible. - Certificate + LoR. - Brand ownership opportunities. - Unpaid during probation → priority for full-time & equity.
