This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage claims from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Merchant Communication: Review and validate claims submitted by merchants for eligibility and accuracy. Respond to merchants professionally and empathetically. Request credits for eligible claims on the merchant’s Manifest billing
