About the Role Location: Remote (India) Shift: Night Shift (US EST Timings) Qualification: B.Tech (Computer Science) or MCA Responsibilities - Review & Evaluate Profiles: Assess IT candidate profiles across multiple technology domains to match technical and project-specific requirements. - Conduct Video Screenings: Interview and evaluate 8–9 candidates daily, focusing on technical depth, communication, and overall problem-solving ability. - Prepare Evaluation Reports: Create crisp case studies highlighting each candidate’s strengths, key technologies, and suitability for designated roles. - Present Candidates: Communicate your findings clearly to project, delivery, or SOW leaders—explaining why a candidate fits the role. - Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with recruiters, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure only high-quality submissions reach clients. Qualifications - Mandatory: B.Tech (Computer Science) or MCA. - Experience: 2–7 years in IT recruitment, technical screening, or resource quality control. - Strong understanding of software technologies, development lifecycles, and core IT roles. - Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation abilities. - Objective evaluation mindset with the ability to present findings clearly.
