Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management and collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and build client relationships
- Familiarity with the real estate market, especially in Bengaluru is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
