Internal Requisition - Job Title PDM-PBOM Product Owner Senior - Secure PowerThe Senior PDM-PBOM Product Owner for Secure Power is responsible for enhancing the Product Data Management PDM and Product Bill of Materials PBOM capabilities within the Secure Power division The ideal candidate will possess strong technical competencies effective communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional international environment Responsibilities Capture Secure Power Business Needs Meet users regularly to understand their needs Prioritize these needs effectively Collaborate with the Digital Engineering PBOM Product Owner to plan and implement solutions Network with PDM experts from other divisions to share needs best practices and rules Contribute to the success of future PDM releases by providing feedback during development Ensure the PDM-Oracle interface is operational and meets SLA expectations Implement and Maintain Secure Power PBOM Processes Stay proactive and informed about corporate processes and changes that may impact Secure Power Analyze business requirements and Develop scenarios for process implementation Facilitate working sessions with Secure Power PBOM experts to improve processes Manage the Community of PDM-PBOM Users Ensure efficient communication within the SPD PBOM user community Deploy PBOM tool enhancements within Secure Power Maintain and enhance the skills and competencies of the community in engineering data management Develop and support a network of PBOM champions for Secure Power collaborating with them to support change management and collect business needs Contribute to PBOM onboarding projects for Secure Power as needed Support Organization for PBOM in Secure Power Provide continuous support to the PDM Business Admin group Handle SPD PBOM L3 support tasks Manage and maintain Secure Power PBOM user documentation in the SPD PDM Documentation library Develop and maintain the PBOM champion community for Secure Power Support SPD PBOM champions Competencies Product data management with enterprise platforms ideally Windchill Backlog management Process design Effective communication verbal and written Problem-solving Soft Skills Empathy and active listening Open-mindedness curiosity and patience Desire and ability to work in an international cross-cultural and cross-functional context Schedule Full-time Req 009EF0
