********************************Immediate Joiners Only*************************************** Creospan is hiring for Product Owner – Custody & Trade Settlement for one of our leading Banking & Wealth Management clients based in Pune, India. Experience: 10+ Years Location: Kharadi Pune (Hybrid) About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager with strong functional expertise in Custody, Trade Settlement, and Asset Servicing domains. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact financial products that enhance operational efficiency, improve client experience, and align with evolving regulatory requirements. This is a client-facing, high-visibility role where you’ll collaborate closely with global business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional squads to define the product vision, manage backlogs, and deliver scalable post-trade solutions across regions. Preferred Background: 10+ years of total experience preferably within BFSI domain, with at least 5+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst. Strong domain knowledge of Custody, Trade Settlement, Reconciliation, Corporate Actions, or Post-Trade Operations. Proven experience in Banking, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets. Hands-on experience in Agile delivery frameworks, backlog management, and sprint planning. Exposure to technology modernization (API integrations, UI revamps, or data migration projects). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams. Certifications like CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or PMP are an added advantage. Strong analytical and leadership qualities with a results-oriented mindset.
